  1. Hi there! I’m just getting back in the swing of Schultz Courses after time away. I know you probably sent tons of emails about this … but I thought that I had a automatically renewing subscription to Grads. When I sign in I only see grads legacy and can’t access new grads content. I know there have been many changes, did I need to resubscribe? Help!!! And thanks for your great work.

    Several years ago, I signed up for your online courses (created an account with email address yekaterina_bor@msn.com and paid – around $100-$120 I believe). I logged in a few times during that year but didn’t do much with my account at that time. I tried to log back in today to pick up photography again and my account no longer exists. I was under the full impression that once I was a member (who paid her full dues at that time) I will continue to have an active account. Was I mistaken? Please advise- I hope I didn’t waste a lot of $.

  3. Is there anyway I can pause my subscription for a few months? I need to get my finances in order, but I will be able to afford the payment again in two months. If there is a way I can pause my subscription that would be great! If not, I will need to cancel. Thanks for considering, please let me know what I need to do to proceed.

      We don’t have a way to pause subscriptions at this time, but we would love to have you back when you’re ready! Can you send us an email at info@shultzphotoschool.com so that we have a ‘paper trail’ of your cancellation request? Thanks!
